Omnichannel Marketing Manager

The Task At Hand:

The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving multichannel growth across our key accounts. This position will be responsible for helping with strategy and execution across all accounts as well as supporting our DTC business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have digital and shopper marketing experience with an entrepreneurial spirit.


In This Role, You Will:

• Lead annual planning for shopper marketing, including account-specific strategies, defining budget allocations and media plans by retailer, compiling past program results to inform future activations, and working with the sales team to understand growth goals.

• Ensure growth through key account marketing and retail media for accounts such as Whole Foods Market/Amazon, Target, Walmart & Club, including online and in-store executions.

• Ensure key account programs and launches are integrated into content calendars for owned channels.

• Collaborate with MarComm on the execution of shopper-related activations with influencers to ensure objectives are met.

• Together with the Associate Manager, own and present shopper marketing reporting from weekly and monthly display/paid search results compilations, weekly highlights, monthly sales share outs, and quarterly marketing reviews.

• Collaborate closely with sales reps and directors to ensure that account performance objectives are being met, identifying when a shift in strategy might be necessary.

• Maintain and update the Marketing Activation Calendar to ensure all shopper and omnichannel activations are captured.

• Support DTC initiatives including the management of Rebuy, overseeing the eCommerce coordinator, and site merchandising.

• Oversee retail.com & DTC content, working with brand and eComm/shopper teams to ensure all content is up to date and optimized for each retailer.

• Serve as the key point of contact for the O’Farm sales team.

• Act as manager to up to 2 direct reports.


In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience, required.

• 4+ years of related marketing experience in shopper marketing, digital marketing, and/or eCommerce, ideally in the CPG/startup food space.

• Digital expertise with key retailers and platforms such as Instacart, a plus.

• Experience with key digital metrics and paid search.

• Experience with Shopify, a plus, or proven ability to quickly learn new technology.

• Bonus points for prior experience with subscription-based DTC business.

• Omnichannel mindset with the ability to plan & execute across channels.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Remarkable attention to detail and proven track record of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Mastery of Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Solid knowledge of Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms.

• Genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet.

• Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Marketing preferred.

• Desire to contribute to a dynamic, high-growth, purpose-driven work environment.

• Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter.

• Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position.

Compensation:

• Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt.

• The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,000.00 to $120,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, stipends, equity, and role-specific perks.
