Your technical acumen will be essential in identifying customer challenges, suggesting tailored solutions, and demonstrating FURTHER's software capabilities.
Customer Onboarding and Implementations:
You will be fully responsible and accountable for our onboarding program. This includes defining and managing the process, tracking business-level performance metrics, and continuously innovating to enhance end-to-end onboarding speed and prospect sales conversion.
Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, from project kick-off to successful deployment and handover to support teams.
Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking, to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and technical support, to facilitate smooth transitions and resolve any issues or escalations.
Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to customers during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues and addressing configuration challenges as needed.
Technical Solutions Engineering:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and alignment throughout the customer journey.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop comprehensive solutions that address their business challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert on our products, providing guidance and recommendations to customers on optimal configurations and integration options.
Work closely with product management and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.
At least 7+ years of experience in technical sales engineering, solutions architecture, or customer-facing implementation roles.
Prior experience implementing B2B SaaS software for customer sizes ranging from small-medium businesses to enterprise level.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving long-term value.
Collaborative attitude, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving successful outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to make quick and strategic decisions taking into account both high-level, business priorities as well as tactical, day-to-day operational needs.
You don’t have to be proficient at coding, but you will need to have some experience with HTML. CSS, Rust APIs, Zapier and basic scripting
Experience in software development, cloud computing, API integrations, or system architecture.
Experience servicing a vertical-specific product
Experience working in an early stage (seed, Series A) software startup
