  • Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking, to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and technical support, to facilitate smooth transitions and resolve any issues or escalations.

  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to customers during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues and addressing configuration challenges as needed.

Technical Solutions Engineering:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop comprehensive solutions that address their business challenges.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on our products, providing guidance and recommendations to customers on optimal configurations and integration options.

  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 7+ years of experience in technical sales engineering, solutions architecture, or customer-facing implementation roles.

  • Prior experience implementing B2B SaaS software for customer sizes ranging from small-medium businesses to enterprise level.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.

  • Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving long-term value.

  • Collaborative attitude, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving successful outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Ability to make quick and strategic decisions taking into account both high-level, business priorities as well as tactical, day-to-day operational needs.

  • You don’t have to be proficient at coding, but you will need to have some experience with HTML. CSS, Rust APIs, Zapier and basic scripting

Bonus Points

  • Experience in software development, cloud computing, API integrations, or system architecture.
