What you'll be doing
We are looking for a Agile Delivery Manager to join our Technical Delivery team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering our next-generation of platform capabilities. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Brand—driving clarity, alignment, and execution across teams.
You'll be instrumental in driving some of our strategic growth initiatives, focussed on supporting dedicated teams on the development of innovative digital products and experiences across our portfolio of high profile web properties. Reporting to the Tech Delivery Director, you will lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. You will manage project scope and timelines, defining requirements, create detailed roadmaps, and track progress against important milestones. Working with teams—developers, designers, product owners, and stakeholders—you'll ensure seamless collaboration and agreement throughout the project lifecycle.
You will identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and process optimization to lead team performance. Stakeholder communication is important, as you’ll provide regular updates on status, risks, and dependencies. Additionally, you’ll help establish and refine agile delivery governance, contributing to the development of best practices and frameworks that enhance delivery efficiency and consistency across the organization
