As we continue to innovate and expand our digital presence, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive key Ecommerce initiatives on GameStop.com. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital shopping experience for our community of gamers and enthusiasts. You will work with a cross-functional team to execute the product roadmap, optimize user experiences, and support revenue growth on our online platform. 
 
This position will sit onsite in Grapevine, TX. 

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Support the development and execution of the product strategy for GameStop.com. Identify opportunities to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance on the ecommerce platform. 
  • Product Development: Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and merchandising, to deliver high-quality features and improvements. 
  • User Experience: Focus on enhancing the user experience by applying user-centric design principles. Conduct user research and leverage data insights to refine the ecommerce journey for customers, aiming for increased engagement and conversion. 
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success. Run A/B tests and interpret results to guide continuous improvement efforts and optimize the ecommerce platform. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, technology, and operations to ensure successful product execution and alignment with broader business goals. 
  • Market Research: Keep up with ecommerce trends, gaming industry developments, and competitor activities to inform product decisions and stay ahead in the market. 
      

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years of product management experience in ecommerce or a related field, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing digital products. 
  • Search, PDP, cart, check out, & account profile experience in an ecommerce setting highly preferred.
  • Experience with GA4 & Quantum Metric highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) highly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions. 
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). 
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence outcomes. 
  • Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming industry highly preferred. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, UX/UI design principles, and SEO strategies is a plus. 

Full-time store positions at GameStop are also eligible to participate in incentive programs, health benefits, paid time off, 401 (k), employee discount and a casual work environment. Positions at GameStop may also be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentives.
