We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team at Geauga Credit Union as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
Process loan applications and provide information on credit union products and services
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions
Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet member needs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
