The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager role will work closely with project leaders and team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communications skills and work collaboratively across all functions within the company.
Education and Qualifications/Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field & 4+ years' project management experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical setting
·Proven track record of managing successful projects from start to finish
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
·Excellent organizational and communication skills
·Intellectually motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
·Experience using best practice project management tools such as Smartsheet
·Work authorization in the US is required
Key Responsibilities
·Work seamlessly with scientific and functional team leaders to develop and execute on project plans and deliverables to meet milestones and budgets within the overall corporate program strategy
·Drive multidisciplinary matrixed teams to achieve key project and program milestones to initiate early-stage human clinical trials
·Identify key deliverables for each function and their inter-dependencies to ensure cross-functional alignment, coordination of tasks, and accountability
-Identify project issues or resource gaps and facilitate resolutions
·Document team meeting issues, decisions, and action items for each project team and develop project progress metrics to plan summaries for senior management
·Develop timelines (Gantt charts) for the tracking of deliverables and task interdependencies
·Other projects, as assigned
