Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • You will be a solutions provider! As a Assistant Operations Manager, it will be your goal to keep business running smoothly while also solving business related issues and ensure to reduce or eliminate future occurrences.
  • Responsible for overseeing entire facility and maintenance, including lot and assisting with inventory.
  • Work with Service, Parts, and Sales Managers to interview and staff departments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with both customers and management at the store level.
  • Identify and provide solution for customers.
  • Ensure all departments are running smoothly and working together to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
  • Results driven and a desire to make a positive impact.

  • Prior retail management experience is must.
  • Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Competitive sales nature in addition to being team oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to listen and provide solutions to ultimately finalize sales.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
