A Day in the Life
As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the President’s daily activities. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a proactive, highly organised professional with experience supporting senior executives and a passion for ensuring operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage the President’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organise national and international travel arrangements.
Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. Screen emails, calls, and inquiries, responding or directing as appropriate.
Meeting Coordination
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, produce reports, and follow up on action items.
Problem-Solving
Identify potential workload issues and prioritize the President’s meetings to ensure optimal time management.
Confidentiality
Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to manage competing demands while staying focused on business objectives.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with senior stakeholders.
Experience handling confidential information at senior levels, including board and external engagements.
