Location: Cambridge or London ~ hybrid working with a blend of 40% in office

A Day in the Life

As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the President’s daily activities. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a proactive, highly organised professional with experience supporting senior executives and a passion for ensuring operational excellence, we want to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage the President’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organise national and international travel arrangements.

Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. Screen emails, calls, and inquiries, responding or directing as appropriate.

Meeting Coordination

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, produce reports, and follow up on action items.

Problem-Solving

  • Identify potential workload issues and prioritize the President’s meetings to ensure optimal time management.

Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
