Manager, Talent Acquisition
GiveWell, a research organization focused on global health and well-being, is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruiting team in hiring world-class talent. This role offers the opportunity to shape the recruiting function, maintain high talent standards, and contribute to expanding research and fundraising teams.
Skills
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience, with a focus on managing recruiting teams

Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting team, maintaining high talent standards and developing a strong team culture
- Build full-cycle recruiting practices, improve sourcing efforts, and use data to enhance processes
- Enhance employer brand to attract top candidates
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure smooth hiring processes and optimize selection methods
- Contribute to achieving the organization's mission through innovative ideas
