Teil unseres Recruiting Teams, das für viele unterschiedliche Bereiche neue Mitarbeiter sucht

  • du unterstützt beim Active Sourcing und der Direktansprache von Kandidaten 
  • du denkst unsere Employer Branding Maßnahmen im Recruiting-Prozess mit und bringst dich mit kreativen Ideen ein
  • du bringst dich im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit ein - erstelle Stellenanzeigen, sichte Bewerbungen und begleite unsere Bewerber durch den Prozess
  • du ermittelst KPIs, erstellst Reports und Präsentationen
  • du übernimmst eigene Projekte in unserem Team

Qualifikationen

Student oder befindest dich im Gap-Year zwischen Bachelor- und Master

  • bestenfalls kannst du erste Praxiserfahrung im HR Bereich oder im Recruiting vorweisen
  • du hast Lust auf Recruiting im innovativsten Medienunternehmen Europas
  • Präsentationen mit Programmen wie Powerpoint oder Canva zu erstellen fällt dir leicht und idealerweise hast du schon mit einem ATS gearbeitet
  • du zeichnest dich durch ein sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen aus und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
  • du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
