Bilingual service advisor

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in both Spanish and English, addressing their service needs and inquiries.
- Assess customer concerns and provide clear, detailed information about services and repairs in both languages.
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently, optimizing workflow within the service department.
- Create precise estimates and work orders, ensuring customers fully understand the scope of services provided.
- Convey service updates and progress to customers in a timely manner, maintaining open lines of communication.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of customer concerns and repair requirements.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and learning opportunities.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related customer service role in the automotive sector is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent customer service skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive services and repair processes is a plus.
