Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, with benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed assessments and evaluations.
- Address client behaviors with effective techniques.
- Provide both individual and group counseling sessions.
- Guide families to foster growth and development.
- Use evidence-based therapies and psychotherapeutic methods.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical activities.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- Active California LCSW license.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
