Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed in Henderson, Nevada

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits

Position Summary:

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in patients of all ages. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with referring physicians, orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, and other rehab professionals to deliver evidence-based, outcome-driven care.

Job Duties:

  • Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations, including functional assessments and movement analysis.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals using best practices and clinical guidelines.
  • Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, modalities, and other interventions.
  • Educate patients and their families on recovery plans, injury prevention, and self-care techniques.
  • Accurately document treatment sessions and progress in our user-friendly EMR system.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay current on clinical techniques and maintain licensure through CEU participation and in-service training.

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible for Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Nevada
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for orthopedic rehab, manual therapy, and active patient engagement
  • Board certification in Orthopedics (OCS) is a plus but not required
