In this role, you will assist in providing basic care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensure: Current New York State Nurse Aide certification.
- Certifications: Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
- Experience: Prior experience in a nursing care or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitoring resident conditions.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a compassionate approach to care, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Take and record vital signs as directed.
- Assist with resident positioning and mobility.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Participate in activities and social programs for residents.
- Respond promptly to resident calls and requests.
