What you’ll work on
The Sales Accounts Receivable Specialist is a customer-centric, hands-on role, supporting
the Sales Team (US) and clients to ensure timely processing of account charges at
contract signature so orders can be fulfilled promptly.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, interact regularly with customers, and report
to Sales Operations.

As a Sales Receivable Specialist, you’ll be the vital link between our sales team and our valued customers, ensuring the smooth processing of account charges right from the moment a contract is signed. You’ll get the chance to engage with customers in a personable manner, handling billing discrepancies, and streamlining communication between sales and finance. In this role, you’ll conduct sales-oriented account management, verify the accuracy of customer agreements, and coordinate billing for our SaaS products. This position not only allows you to showcase your exceptional communication and customer service skills but also enables you to work in a fast-paced environment where you can tackle multiple projects at once. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of SMB collections experience, especially within the SaaS industry, who is familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
