Sales Receivable Specialist

What you’ll work on

The Sales Accounts Receivable Specialist is a customer-centric, hands-on role, supporting

the Sales Team (US) and clients to ensure timely processing of account charges at

contract signature so orders can be fulfilled promptly.


In this role, you will work closely with Sales, interact regularly with customers, and report

to Sales Operations.


Day to Day
  • Perform sales-oriented account management.
  • Verify accuracy of customer agreements, identify billing exceptions and work directly with customers to address payment delays.
  • Coordinate between Sales and Finance departments to ensure accuracy of customer subscription billing
  • Assist with other sales and finance projects as necessary.


About You
  • Skill at working with customers using a personable, sales-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years SMB collections experience.
  • SaaS industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with business automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,
  • NetSuite)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple
  • projects simultaneously.
  • Quick learner, and to work collaboratively with a team.

The HALOS Hiring Process

Here’s what we expect the hiring process for this role to be, should all go well with your

candidacy. This entire process is expected to take 1-3 weeks to complete and you’d be

expected to start on a specific date.
