If you are ready to make an impact, H&R Block is the place for you.• Conduct tax interviews with clients in person and through virtual tools• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns• Generate business growth and increase client retention• Provide clients with IRS support• Mentor and support teammatesYour Expertise:• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1• Experience in accounting, finance, or tax• Experience completing individual tax returns• Comfort working with virtual tools - video, phone and chat• Effective communication skills in person, via phone and in writing• Must meet all IRS and applicable state requirements• High school diploma or equivalent or higher
