What you'll be doing:


-Oversee and manage the organization’s payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all employees.

-Utilize ADP software to its full potential to enhance payroll systems and reporting capabilities.

-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements.

-Develop, implement, and monitor payroll policies and procedures for accuracy and efficiency.

-Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll with benefits, taxes, and reporting.

-Respond to and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees and management.

-Conduct audits and prepare detailed payroll reports for leadership review.

-Train and mentor payroll staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.


Requirements:


-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

-Strong ADP experience

-Comprehensive knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices.

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively across departments.

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

-Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
