Go-To-Market Strategist

At HappyStack 🥞, we’re building the world's most comprehensive e-commerce intelligence platform, connecting brands with software that can drive their growth. Our last company (Wayflyer) became a unicorn in less than 18 months, and we think we can do it all over again!

What does this mean for you? Well, you’ll get a hell of a lot of variation and opportunity in your role day to day. We’re building a team of some of the brightest minds in Ireland and beyond - a team of people we want to work alongside to solve interesting problems for years to come.

About The Role

We're looking for a GTM executive to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our business, working across commercial operations, partnerships, and internal systems to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate thrives at being hands-on in a fast-paced environment, solving real-world commercial challenges, and navigating the ambiguity often present in early-stage startups.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced but also hungry, driven, and willing to roll up their sleeves to make an impact. We value smarts, grit, and a "get-it-done" mentality over years of experience.

In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape how HappyStack operates. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our Go-To-Market engines, managing high-impact partnerships, and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnerships: Building, managing, and growing relationships with key SaaS partners to ensure HappyStack’s go-to-market strategy is aligned and effective.
  • Commercial Ops: Designing, building, and optimizing our outbound infrastructure, workflows, and commercial playbooks.
  • Operational Excellence: Managing and monitoring the performance of our outbound systems to ensure smooth execution.
  • Insights & Improvements: Delivering insights through data analysis on the performance of our outbound system and making evidence-based improvements.
  • Process Design: Working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to continuously automate processes, increase efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaboration: Acting as the central connection point between our internal teams (Commercial, Product, and Engineering) to ensure everything is aligned and running effectively.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a role with exposure to Commercial Operations, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations. Experience in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth company is a plus. Or a phenomenal pitch about yourself.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other data tools is a bonus.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain trusted partnerships with SaaS companies and internal teams alike.
  • Operational Mindset: Obsessed with systems, processes, and finding better, faster, and more efficient ways to do things.
  • Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems, marketing tools, and other SaaS platforms.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to take initiative, learn quickly, and tackle challenges head-on. Grit, hunger, and a "get-it-done" approach matter more than tenure. You will be helped, not managed.
  • Competitive salary
  • Equity package - share in our success as we grow
  • Career acceleration - you won’t just be a cog-in-a-wheel here at HappyStack. We want people who are driven and passionate about making a real impact at an early-stage business.
