As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in aligning sales activities with the objectives of our Business Unit. You'll engage in prospecting, developing, and managing new business to drive revenue, all while converting prospective clients into satisfied customers. Your daily routine will include maintaining relationships with existing clients and generating referrals from them. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that sales metrics are not just met, but exceeded. Collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience will be essential, as will mastering our product portfolio to create compelling presentations and proposals that showcase how our solutions meet client needs. Your role will also involve effective communication and negotiation with both internal teams and external clients to build profitable relationships. By resolving client concerns and inquiries throughout the sales process, you’ll help create a positive experience. Planning and managing your sales territory according to an agreed-upon strategy will be a key element of your success. The ability to present confidently at meetings, conferences, and tradeshows will also be part of the job.
