Regional Sales Executive (OH/WV)

HealthJoy, a remote-first company, is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the Mid Market segment in Ohio and West Virginia. The ideal candidate will drive sales cycles, build territory, and close business with employee benefits broker community.

Skills

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent poise and presentation skills with proficiency in selling to senior-level management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy to maximize growth
  • Meet or exceed quota and activity metrics
  • Prospect brokers and employers, generate leads, schedule appointments, deliver presentations, understand benefit challenges, and develop solutions and proposals
  • Utilize Salesforce to track opportunities, leads, activities, etc.
  • Learn healthcare, benefits, and navigation industries complexities and run demos using technology

Education

  • Minimum of 6 years of related field sales experience
  • Experience selling directly into benefit broker partners or within HR technology, PEO, healthcare navigation, virtual care services, or employee benefits/healthcare data analytics
