This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills and an existing knowledge of the the cannabis market and our clients’ needs. Working hours will be from 9 am - 5 pm PST.

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager is to identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and collaborate with our services teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. In this full-time role, you'll need strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the cannabis market along with our clients’ needs. Working from 9 am to 5 pm PST every day, your key responsibilities will include developing relationships with cannabis decision makers, such as CFOs, CROs, and CEOs. You'll initiate contact with potential clients through networking, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to shape impactful sales strategies and presentations, and maintain a detailed record of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Reporting on the status of leads and prospects will also be part of your role. If you have at least a year of experience in business development, sales, or similar fields, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you!
