• **This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN, or McLean, VA***As a Senior Manager, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Communications, you will protect and elevate Hilton's reputation, drive brand and consumer communications, inspire and engage Team Members, and connect owners and other partners with Hilton's purpose and business goals. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Executive Communications and be responsible for the design and execution of an internal communications strategy for Hilton’s Chief Marketing Officer, working in close partnership with Consumer PR on external positioning. Also, coordinate senior leader and Team Member-focused engagements and meetings.• External Engagement: Partner with external PR agencies and Hilton’s internal PR team on external media, speaker engagements, and social media content.How you will collaborate with others:• On-Site Support: In partnership with PR, support the CMO at internal/external appearances, both live and virtual events, and partner with event organizers on all logistics and briefing materials.• Stakeholder Management: Represent the interest of the CMO in forums where communications guidance is requested or required to inform messaging or event strategies.• Team Coordination: Develop relationships and coordination within Marketing & Loyalty and the broader Global Brands and Commercial Services organization, Communications, Human Resources, and Public Relations.What deliverables you will take ownership of:• You will work directly with the Marketing & Loyalty Leadership Team and the Consumer & Commercial Communications team to deliver the CMO’s communications plan, inclusive of core messaging and narrative.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications:• Seven (7) years of work experience in strategic communications, organizational communications, employee engagement, visual design and presentation development, marketing, or a related field.• Experience working within marketing organizations and managing and/or leading cross-functional teams.• Experience working with a larger global organization, strategic consulting firm, and/or a mid-to-large-size communications, PR, or marketing agency.• Experience advising and executing visual and/or graphic design components.• Travel up to 25%.It would be useful if you have:• BA/BS bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.WHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTONHilton, the #1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands.
