CX Researcher

Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative CX Researcher to join their dynamic team. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team of designers, researchers, and analysts, all committed to enhancing the customer experience.As a CX Researcher, your primary responsibilities will include:• Capturing user and business needs• Facilitating biweekly testing readout sessions, presenting data, and capturing feedback to advance new desktop and mobile designs• Utilizing existing research processes and the testing archive as guidelines for designing new research• Collaborating with other user experience researchers, designers, and developers to critique work-in-progress• Leading and supporting various research projects to meet business needs using both qualitative and quantitative methods• Advocating for the implementation of research data and findings within an Agile frameworkThe ideal candidate will have:• 3+ years of UX research experience• Experience testing both mobile and desktop designs using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods• A proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration• Proficiency with various UX research, design, and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, MUIQ, User Testing, User Zoom, Adobe Target, AEM)• A deep understanding of user-centered design and research practices• Strong skills in quantitative research studies, working with MUIQ technology, and facilitating and presenting data in group settings• Experience in the Health Insurance IndustryCandidates must be prepared to complete a background check and drug screen upon offer.
