Technical Product Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy in Action: Engage in product strategy discussions, actively influencing the direction of our company and products.
  • Raise the Bar: Assess product performance and contribute to refining objectives and priorities.
  • Industry Explorer: Investigate our client base and industry landscape to uncover insights that enhance product development and open doors to exciting opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market, industry, and competitive conditions relevant to current and new product offerings.
  • Create detailed product specifications and requirements.
  • Act as the Product Owner, driving the vision and prioritize products of the product development process.
  • Lead and facilitate scrum meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the development team.
  • Maintain a well-prioritized backlog and support the development team throughout the product development cycle.
  • Participate in strategy sessions, contribute to roadmap development, and ensure project execution.
  • Collect data and conduct analyses related to current product utilization and sales trends.
  • Identify threats and opportunities within existing and future offerings.
  • Gather feedback through interviews with current and potential customers to identify and prioritize new product ideas and enhancements.
  • Coordinate efforts and ensure effective communication between development, sales, marketing, and support teams.
  • Provide advanced technical analysis and offer sales support during sales and implementation processes.
  • Develop and deliver internal product training and support materials for all audiences.
  • Acquire and comprehend knowledge of occupational regulatory environments.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; Master’s Degree is a plus. We encourage applicants from diverse educational backgrounds.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in related areas required (SaaS solutions architect, business analyst, SaaS developer, technical product marketing).
  • 3+ years of experience in researching and analyzing data, including extracting, aggregating, and summarizing data from disparate systems.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a product backlog in Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Agile Methodology required
  • Experience with integrating multiple product lines
  • Experience as a Product Manager for Mobile Applications.
  • Strong working experience with Microsoft AzureDevOps
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner Certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of the EHS industry is preferred.

Salary Range: The base salary for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000 USD. The final compensation within this range will be determined based on various factors, including geographic location and level of experience.
