Work Schedule: The client will be the one to discuss the schedule. However, to set proper expectations, you will typically follow the client's timezone, which is in Australia.

Salary: 2,000 - 3,000 AUD / monthly

Contract: Independent Contractor

Their expertise lies in townhouse, villa, and unit developments, and they are currently exploring a new niche in higher-density communal living spaces, with a recent project completing in January 2022.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Development Project Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing and managing property development projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
