Job Role: Property Management Assistant
Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day) (Australia)
Salary range: 40,000 & 44,000 PHP per month plus a 13th month and leave pay

Role Overview:
As the Property Management Assistant, you will be assisting the property manager with day-to-day operations, tenant interactions, and property maintenance. This role involves managing administrative duties, supporting upkeep efforts, and helping ensure the efficient management of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new rental applications
- Handles lease renewals, smoke alarm compliance and termite inspections
- Handles jobs and reports, supplier compliance and invoicing
- Database Management
- Communication Management with tenants and suppliers
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Other adhoc tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in property management
- Tools Required: PropertyMe
- Comfortable to have conversations with tenants and suppliers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-service oriented approach
- Pleasing personality and a team player
- Someone who will focus on rental applications and other administrative adhoc tasks
