Lead of AI

The Lead of AI is responsible for charting the AI Roadmap aligned with business vision, generating innovative AI-powered business models, and leading a team to develop and implement AI platforms and solutions. This role also requires a hands-on approach to oversee AI automation projects and coaching the team on best practices in AI and machine learning.

To qualify for the Lead of AI role, candidates must hold a Master's or Ph.D. in computational modeling, machine learning, statistics, computer science, or a related field. Additionally, candidates should have over 15 years of relevant experience in AI/ML fundamentals, software development, and deploying models within cloud environments and data ecosystems.

The remuneration for the Lead of AI position ranges from MYR 16,000 to MYR 20,000, which reflects the expertise and influence you will bring to the role and the organization.

The Lead of AI contributes to the business's growth strategies by developing AI/ML-focused business models, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making, and creating models that support predictions and recommendations—all of which drive growth and innovation within the company.

The ideal candidate for the Lead of AI position should possess a strong background, with more than 15 years of experience in modern databases, cloud technology, and comprehensive AI/ML work, including the development of AI/ML-based products and platforms, and experience managing diverse teams.
