Art & Aesthetics Manager

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Art & Aesthetics Manager to lead our creative team in delivering high-impact visual solutions. In this role, you will oversee the design and execution of branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content to maintain consistency in visual storytelling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative outputs align with the brand’s identity and aesthetic goals while pushing the boundaries of creative expression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative projects, ensuring that all design elements align with the brand’s visual identity and aesthetics.
  • Brand Consistency: Oversee the visual direction of all brand-related content, ensuring cohesive branding across digital, print, and outdoor media.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaboration: Work with social media marketing, content, and creative concepts teams to develop innovative campaigns that reflect both the company’s strategy and creative standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of designers, animators, and other creative professionals to foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the brand’s creative output.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of design standards are met, reviewing all artwork and assets before final delivery.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
  • Proficiency in design softwares (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics, with a strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead creative teams, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
