Job Description:
This position demonstrates consistent application of knowledge and skills to deliver appropriate, safe, efficient and cost-effective pharmaceutical care within the scope of their assigned practice. This position is responsible for the care of patients as well as the development of effective, professional relationships within the multidisciplinary team.This position will work clinical hours Monday - Friday. This is a fully remote position. Applicants must be licensed Pharmacist in CO or MT, to qualify for this position.
