Senior Agile Portfolio Manager - GTM

The Senior Agile Portfolio Manager role is critical to delivering our most impactful product and technology programs. In this role, you will support go-to-market (GTM) activities from a program management perspective.  This program management role oversees the “final mile” of activities to bring innovative healthcare solutions to market across Provider, Payer, Life Sciences, and Healthtech segments. 

 

This position demands a highly motivated individual with a strong background in solution delivery and stakeholder management, encompassing both the strategic vision and detailed execution required to deliver software solutions. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership and clients, offering guidance to achieve product and organizational goals. 


IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:
  • Deliver results. You are the central figure in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless execution of delivery lifecycle activities that contribute directly to company objectives. 
  • Support strategic GTM efforts. You’ll enable the effective execution of GTM activities by providing program management expertise, aligning teams, and driving coordination across stakeholders. 
  • Shape strategic alignment. Your work ensures all cross-functional teams—marketing, growth, product management, and more—are aligned to deliver cohesive solutions to market. 


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  •  Partner with growth, commercialization, marketing, and product management teams to define go-to-market needsfor each 2025 solution and execute effectively. 
  • Define processes and frameworks to keep cross-functional teams aligned, fostering collaboration and shared accountability. 
  • Objectively assess 2025 solution impact and progression, creating artifacts and methods for regular communication with senior leadership and the Board of Directors. 
  • Act as a central hub for collaboration between marketing, growth, product management, commercialization, legal, finance, and product development. 
  • Run cross-functional meetings to keep teams informed, aligned, and focused on shared goals. 
  • Continuously assess and refine operations to best support team and organizational needs. 
  • Identify and resolve blockers through risk assessments, mitigation planning, and escalating as needed to ensure progress. 
  • Lead reporting activities, providing clear executive readouts, KPI tracking, and transparent communication, while fostering shared accountability across teams. 


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 5+ years of hands-on project or program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex healthcare solutions to market efficiently. 
  • Experience in healthcare technology is strongly preferred. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder and customer management skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams. 
  • Strong understanding of software product development and Agile environments, including ceremonies, processes, and tools. 
  • Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to technical, non-technical, and senior leadership audiences. 
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to pivot and prioritize effectively.

$100,000 - $135,000 a year
Compensation at IMO Health is determined by job level, role requirements, and each candidate’s experience, skills, and location. The listed base pay represents the target for new hires with individual compensation varying accordingly. These figures exclude potential bonuses, equity, or sales incentives, which may also be part of the total compensation package.
