As part of its digital transformation, Accor is looking for a passionate, curious and talented Project Manager, Owners Platforms.

Within the Owners Platforms product team, you will be responsible for ensuring the adoption and optimizing usage of Owners Platforms throughout the Accor ecosystem.

Your mission:

The Project Manager is responsible for Owner Platforms communication and enablement, support process and tool optimization and change management, reporting to the Owner’s Platform Product Director. This position has the overall responsibility of communicating with the platform champions, ensuring strong adoption of the platforms across diverse the diverse userbase (Dev, D&TS, Ops, etc.) and reporting on performance. This role is a critical to transform the mindset across the organization on the capabilities of the Owners Platform ecosystem.

This ecosystem / suite of services is committed to handle the full hotel lifecycle and owner relationship. It is available in all Accor regions and brands to support shifting to a best-in-class E2E Service Provider & Franchiser and secure a consistent and common process across the group. As of today, it is composed of:

· WeMax: a CRM used by Development, Design & Technical Services and Operations teams to manage partners data & knowledge (KYC), relationship follow up (reports, Business Reviews…) and performance (dynamic global dashboards, budget, P&L…)

· Max for Partners: a portal deeply linked to the CRM, dedicated to owners and hotel management to get central and local information, retrieve various types of documents (reports, invoices, meeting minutes…), connect to different dashboards focused on hotels activities and access to Accor Value Proposition (service catalogue, advantages, brands marketing…)

· Taskworld: a project management tool to support hotels pre-opening mandatory tasks (construction / refurbishing follow up, legal, brand compliance…) and critical enterprise deployments (All Safe…)

· Hotels Reporting / Tableau Software: the common dashboarding tool which displays performance dashboards both on WeMax and Max

As the Project Manager, you will:

· Animates Champions community with monthly calls, product updates, and teams channel posts.

· Conduct training applying a “train the trainer” approach and continuously empower end users to leverage champions and admin communities within their department/region.

· Recommend and execute initiatives that increases platform adoption; identifies and advances clear KPIs which contribute to the team’s OKRs.

· Leverage platform usage analytics/dashboards to promote continuous improvement across regions and brands.

· Supports launch and communication approach for significant platform changes (i.e. billable services catalogue, hotel visit report, service subscriptions).

· Creates executive communications on project advancement, actively monitors and proposes improvements to increase platform adoption, monitors progress toward team KPIs.

· Responsible for maintaining and animating the team’s knowledge base (SharePoint site) and collaborating with the product team to create easily consumable user content and resources.

· Codesign seamless onboarding experience with product owners and enhance in-product FAQ’s.

· Optimize support processes and follow up including user/admin training and robust resource base to promote self-service end-user support to help troubleshoot issues that arises.

· Build a trusted relationship with product, operations, and other strategic partners.

Qualifications

Experience & qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree

· At least 7-10 years of experience in project management, communication, or process optimization.

· Strong background in SaaS and technical concepts that allows the understanding of the subject matter and the creation and review of its related content.

· Able to build internal relationships with product, operations, and other strategic stakeholders.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Fast learner, self-motivated, and highly driven.

· Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Superior organizational, time management, negotiation, and performance monitoring skills.

· Technical skills :

o Experience with CRM or similar technologies preferred

o Acquainted with business performance, analytics, reporting approach and tools (such as Tableau Software)

o Strong experience with MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

· Fluent in French and English

· Interest in Travel & Hospitality
