Job Description

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered to expected outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
  • Own project deliverables with a relentless focus on outcomes.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, workstream owners and stakeholders who could be geographically dispersed across the globe.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve revenue recognition and profitability.
  • Adherence to, and working to enhance, Experian project team effectiveness and governance.
  • Champion and Support the implementation of Agile ways of working and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Use Agile tools and data to enhance project delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through regular communication steering meetings.

You will report into the Head of Agile Project Management.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tool sets.
  • Effective communication, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
  • A personal style that embraces servant leadership, teamwork, cares deeply about the work and the teams, and shares openly and honestly with all.
  • Financial literacy around forecasting and managing budgets, costs, and revenue when appropriate.
