Upon becoming a part of our team, you'll have the chance to collaborate with highly talented and seasoned professionals, engage in large-scale global projects that offer international expansion prospects, and utilize cutting-edge future technologies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations, including month-end closings, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards, including IFRS and SPK requirements.
• Partner with external auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory institutions during the IPO preparation process.
• Manage and develop the finance team, including direct oversight of 2 accounting specialists and 1 finance lead.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the company.
• Provide strategic financial insights and scenario modeling to the executive team to support business growth and investment decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with department heads.
• Design and implement internal controls and scalable financial processes to support rapid growth.
• Partner closely with all technical and operational teams to align financial planning with company objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. (CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus.)
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and SPK reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in cash flow management, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in or with high-growth tech companies, particularly in startup to scale-up transitions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English.
