Maintenance Engineer Intern or Co-Op

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment under the mentorship of the Maintenance Department. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical skills, contribute to real-world projects, and support the continuous improvement of our operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical resource for the Maintenance Department, providing support and expertise.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and breakdowns.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of an updated preventive maintenance program across the facility.
  • Contribute to mechanical and facilities maintenance projects.
  • Assist with small capital improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.


Required Education & Experience
  • Currently enrolled as a sophomore or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering program.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.


Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for pursuing a career in manufacturing and industrial environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.

Assignment Duration
