Dans le cadre de cette volonté de forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Key Account Manager SaaS H/F pour nous rejoindre ! 


En tant qu'Account Manager spécialisé en Lean Manufacturing, tu seras chargé(e) de piloter la stratégie commerciale sur des comptes clés, en t’appuyant sur ton expertise pour accélérer la croissance et garantir la satisfaction client. Tu géreras un portefeuille de clients grands comptes dans une verticale industrielle et seras responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de vie : 1er vente, upsell, cross-sell aussibien sur la partie licence que services. 


Tes principales missions & responsabilités :
  • Tu gères toutes les étapes d’un processus de vente complexe, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes consulting et produit pour offrir des solutions personnalisées. 
  • Tu mets en place des stratégies de développement de comptes ciblés dans une verticale industrielle pour générer le déploiement de la solution dans un cadre international et pluri-annuel. 
  • Tu es responsable de la qualification, des présentations commerciales et du cadrage des démonstrations produits (sur site ou à distance), de la négociation, de la proposition commerciale et du closing. 
  • En tant que conseiller stratégique, tu établis des relations de confiance avec tes clients, en les accompagnant dans leur transformation Lean.  
  • Tu mets l’accent sur la compréhension profonde de leurs besoins, la résolution de leurs problématiques et la maximisation de la valeur. 
  • Tu collabores avec les équipes marketing pour co-créer des campagnes de génération de leads et affiner les actions commerciales en fonction des retours du terrain. 
  • Tu prends en charge la gestion rigoureuse des prévisions de ventes, la mise à jour du CRM (Salesforce) et le suivi administratif, tout en garantissant la bonne application des processus internes. 
  • Tu représentes nos solutions lors de salons et conférences sectorielles, et participes à des événements stratégiques pour renforcer la visibilité d'iObeya. 


Ce poste est pour toi si :
  • Tu as entre 3 et 5 ans d’expérience dans la vente de Solution SaaS et/ou de Conseil dans le Manufacturing auprès de Grands Comptes. 
  • Tu maîtrises une des méthodes de ventes telles que Meddic, Solution Selling… 
  • Tu maîtrises l’anglais, tant à l'oral qu’à l’écrit, et tu as l’habitude de travailler dans des environnements internationaux. 
  • Tu es un(e) leader commercial(e) avec la capacité de coordonner les équipes internes dans le cadre du pilotage de projets stratégiques clients incluant des négociations de haut niveau. 
  • Tu es « hands-on » autonome dans la réalisation et la mise à jour des outils de support à la vente (maîtrise de PPT, XLS, SFDC…) 
  • Tu fais preuve de rigueur dans la gestion de ton portefeuille et de ta stratégie de vente, avec un esprit entrepreneurial et un sens du service client aiguisé.
