Lead DevOps Engineer (part time)

Job Summary

As DevOps Lead, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and maintaining highly resilient, scalable, and secure environments across AWS and Azure. You won’t just follow best practices - you’ll define them. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building smart solutions from the ground up, who can weave automation into the fabric of deployment pipelines, and who can lead a team with vision, precision, and a deep understanding of how modern systems operate.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure
• Lead a team of DevOps engineers, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to best practices in deployment, monitoring, and security,
• 7+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience, with 2+ years leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, including controllers, operators, telemetry, and observability setup.
• Ability to deploy ArgoCD programmatically, manage day-two operations, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Skilled in configuring providers and authentication chains, writing XRDs, and building scalable compositions.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Terragrunt for cloud provisioning.
• Designing and operating infrastructure on multiple cloud providers, enabling faster development workflows through automation.
• Build and package apps using reusable GitHub actions as a part of CI/CD pipelines to improve overall developer productivity.
• Design, build and maintain a highly available production grade setup of k8s clusters along with networking, firewall and endpoints.
• Collaborate with the team to implement monitoring and alerting systems using Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki, improving observability and providing better operational insights across the infrastructure.
