In this role, you'll be at the heart of guiding our talented software development team and working closely alongside our product team. With your extensive expertise in Agile practices and Scrum methodology, your mission will be to facilitate smooth project delivery while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day will include leading daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions, collaborating with Product Owners on backlog management, and supporting the team in breaking down user stories effectively. But that’s not all; you’ll also keep a keen eye on our performance metrics, ensuring transparency and driving our agile processes forward. A real highlight of this role is working with cross-functional teams to help integrate Agile methodologies throughout the organization, all while creating an environment where team members feel empowered to take ownership of their work. With a minimum of 7 years in project management and at least 2 in a leadership role, your experience as a Scrum Master will shine through.
