Project Manager

Role Overview

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for shepherding critical initiatives from conception to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, support, and product. You'll be the driving force behind keeping projects on track while maintaining high quality standards. You will have the opportunity to create and drive PM processes and templates


Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives

Develop and maintain project schedules, keep the team accountable

Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, removing blockers and ensuring alignment

Identify and mitigate risks proactively while maintaining project momentum

Drive process improvements and best practices across the organization

Manage scope and change requests through clear documentation and stakeholder communication


Required Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience in a technology company

Strong track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively across all levels

Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)

PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
