En tant que Customer Care Specialist, vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique, dédiée à offrir la meilleure expérience client. Vous soutiendrez le département des ventes et collaborerez principalement avec les équipes Sales, Operations et Finance. Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Soutenir l'équipe commerciale dans la création de propositions, contrats (Salesforce) et commandes de machines.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone ou e-mail et gérer les données clients.
  • Préparer des contrats-cadres en collaboration avec le Sales Manager et le Tender Specialist.
  • Coordonner les changements de prix et mettre à jour les listes de prix.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

  • Un diplôme de niveau bachelier dans un domaine administratif ou une expérience équivalente.
  • Une expérience en vente interne ou en service client, de préférence en B2B.
  • Un esprit rigoureux, orienté service et un excellent esprit d'équipe.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel, Word et PowerPoint ; la connaissance de Salesforce et/ou SAP est un atout.
  • Maîtrise du néerlandais, avec une bonne compréhension et rédaction du français.
