Senior Project Controls Engineer - Reporting

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Controls Engineer - Reporting to join our prestigious team. This role is essential in generating and overseeing comprehensive project performance reports, which are crucial for effective monitoring and decision-making. You need to have a Strong understanding of cost management, schedule management and planning, risk management, document control projects. Strong understanding of design engineering and construction phases of projects. Experience in PMIS Systems and P6.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of design engineering and construction phases of projects.
• Strong understanding of cost management, schedule management and planning, risk management, document control projects.
• Presenting data provided by others into a Power Bi program, maintaining the Power BI database, and excel database, analyzing data prior to production.
• Develop and deliver detailed project reporting, encompassing schedules, costs, risks, and overall performance metrics.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, forecast potential issues, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Create visually engaging dashboards and presentations in order to communicate project insights effectively.
• Implement best practices for project reporting processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.
• Support senior management by providing data-driven insights that aid in strategic planning and decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) and typically 15+ years of related work experience
• Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, Infrastructure or a related field.

• Previous experience in a Project Management/PMO in Engineering and Construction programs.
• Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in PMIS Systems and P6.
• Strong command of the English language and the ability to write clear and concise reports and briefings tailored for executive leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in project controls is a plus.
• PMC's or consultancy preferred.
