Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Project Director, you will create impact within our Project Management and Client Management teams. The primary function of Project Management in our business is to manage project timelines, and ensure that the work of our specialists is delivered on time, within budget, and meeting both quality standards and client goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Account Managers in managing key projects and client relationships in Japan and other Asian markets.
  • As you grow in the role, you will begin to take on more client-facing tasks, including leading certain client meetings and managing smaller accounts or projects independently.
  • Work with our teams across regions to ensure smooth project execution and refine our processes, tracking timelines and resources, and providing administrative assistance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and other tracking tools, logging client interactions, invoices and project statuses.
  • Help increase client retention and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Support the team in bidding processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Japanese and English, with communication skills for internal coordination and eventually client-facing interactions.
  • At least one year of experience in a project management or client management role in Asian markets.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or Client Relationship Management technologies.
  • You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
