Industrial Analyst, Research – SoCal Industrial
The Industrial Research Analyst will join the JLL Research team in the Inland Empire to build and continue to elevate a best-in-class research program that differentiates JLL.
You will have primary responsibility for collecting and analyzing real estate and economic data, maintaining and constantly elevating the quality of our research, and working with the Research team to present prevailing industrial real estate dynamics in a compelling way. The Industrial Research Analyst will assist in tracking and analyzing all aspects of the local commercial real estate market, economic drivers and demographics and will leverage that knowledge proactively for research products, client projects and business development efforts. Successful candidates are passionate about what drives their city, economy and commercial real estate.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
65,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
