As an IT Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity across multiple regions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in performance and efficiency while ensuring the seamless integration of various products and services. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining data security, managing enterprise applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Accountabilities:

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity across all regions to ensure operational stability and security.
  • Manage enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, collaboration tools) ensuring seamless integration and high uptime.
  • Develop and enforce robust data security policies and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure data privacy and meet regulatory standards (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage technologies that improve performance, scalability, and overall efficiency.
  • Lead vendor negotiations and manage IT procurement to optimize costs and service quality.
  • Track and manage IT budgets, project timelines, and KPIs to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee global inventory management of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, cloud services (AWS/GCP), and security best practices.
  • Proven leadership and excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP is a plus.
