One of our companies is currently looking for a Software Engineer – Backend in Poland.

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement backend features for a large-scale, cloud-native platform using .NET Core.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based architecture in a multi-tenant environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to create scalable and efficient infrastructure.
• Work with CI/CD tools to streamline deployment processes (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Optimize performance and reliability of services across distributed systems.
• Participate in code reviews and share technical expertise to support team growth.

• Strong experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and backend development best practices.
• Experience with MySQL (knowledge of FireBird or Oracle is a plus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); AWS preferred.
• Previous experience with multi-tenant systems is an advantage.
• Must be based in Poland (remote work supported).
