Our reputation has attracted notable public and private institutions as clients.Why join us?Benefits• Competitive Salary & Bonuses!• Full Benefits Package!• Hybrid Work & Flexible Schedules!• Meaningful Work!• Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsWe seek a Senior Audit Manager with a CPA and at least 3 years of experience managing audits for diverse entrepreneurial clients, including those in construction, manufacturing, non-profit, health care, employee benefit plans, service organizations (SOC), software/SaaS, and more.• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting• CPA Required• Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Senior Audit Manager or Audit Manager.• Leading and developing Audit Staff, Seniors, and Managers assigned to engagements.• Working with Audit Seniors, Staff, Managers, and Partners to ensure timely completion of projects.• Managing assurance engagements, which includes client and team interaction.• Working with the Division Leader in overall management for the division (Training, recruiting, administrative).• Performing technical review of engagements in preparation of an engagement quality control review.• Providing detail review support for Managers.• Maintaining an up to date understanding of the AICPA Audit standards and recommending changes to the firm’s system of quality management as needed.• Researching accounting standards, writing conclusions, propose solutions and training the team.• Coaching and mentoring Managers and Seniors to develop their technical competence and advance them in their career.• Engaging with the team across a range for platforms including MS Teams and in person.Interested in hearing more?
