About this Position
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Risk Project Manager to join our team. In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of infrastructure risk initiatives across multiple business lines. You will work closely with technical teams, risk partners, and divisional leadership to ensure the successful delivery of risk remediation projects. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams, identify challenges as opportunities, and provide energy to motivate others will be key to driving project success.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of complex infrastructure risk projects from initiation to deployment, including 1-2 major initiatives and several minor risk initiatives.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and milestones, ensuring that all projects align with organizational risk objectives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement agreed-upon solutions and mitigate identified technology risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including records for risk mitigation and remediation.
• Prioritize and manage project risks, issues, and decisions, ensuring effective escalation when necessary.
• Report on project progress through key metrics, test planning, and successful deployment.
• Work closely with Business Aligned Platforms (BAP) risk executives and first and second-line risk functions to ensure deliverables align with risk goals.
• Serve as a key stakeholder for a portfolio of risk remediation activities, leading program efforts and driving requirements to delivery teams.
• Contribute to the development of practices, templates, tools, and partnerships to mature risk management capabilities.
Skills/Requirements
• 10+ years of experience managing large infrastructure projects (physical/virtual server, storage, database platforms).
• Strong background in project leadership, with experience managing Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Proven ability to structure and organize complex data and execution efforts.
• Strong focus on delivering great service to stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in risk management for infrastructure environments at an enterprise scale (IT Security, Cyber Security, Governance, etc.).
• Familiarity with technology controls programs and risk domains (change management, SDLC, ITIL, COBIT).
• A foundational orientation toward servant-leadership and collaboration.
• Knowledge of operational risk and associated regulations (Basel, SOX, OCC).
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Pay Range
$60 - $65/hour
