About the role:
This role will manage the overall administration of the 401(k) Plan, leave of absence function, M&A and other relevant benefits work.
About the team:
This role at FIS is part of a high-functioning Total Rewards team that includes Benefits, Compensation and Equity. The Total Rewards team partners with business leaders and The People Office to provide best-in-class programs that are critical to offering a competitive benefits package for our colleagues.
What you will be doing:
Ultimate responsibility for design, communication, administration and legal compliance of the FIS and Puerto Rico 401(k) Plans
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. PHR designation preferred.
• Familiarity with group health and retirement benefits
• Working knowledge of legal requirements related to the administration of employee benefits and 401K
• Demonstrated influence and partnering skills (with Field HR, Legal, vendor relationships)
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Oral and written communication skills relating to all management levels, vendors and plan participants
• Ability to work in a team environment
