To qualify as a PICKLEBALL COACH at Johnny Allen Tennis, you should have a minimum of one year’s coaching experience. While certifications such as RSPA, PPR, USAP, IPTPA, or PCI are preferred, they are not mandatory. A strong passion for pickleball and player development, along with an enthusiastic attitude and energy, are crucial attributes we look for in our coaches.
