A24 is seeking a thoughtful and social-savvy marketer to join our fast-paced and growing Brand team. The ideal candidate has a strong operational foundation along with exceptional copywriting skills, a sharp voice, and fresh ideas for how to communicate with the A24 audience across new and existing platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and publishing content to our brand channels including email, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more. We are looking for someone with an intuitive understanding of the A24 brand and a strong point of view of their own. This role will also offer support across the Brand Creative team on all marketing communications.


Initial Responsibilities:


Operational:


  • Social posting: Meticulous execution of title / brand launches on social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and email
  • Asset management: Manage assets for Brand PR including sending Press images, shop links, updated dates, and product information to relevant press partners and more
  • Creative support: Provide any administrative, operational, or creative support to adjacent brand activities including A24 App marketing support, Monthly Membership Newsletters, Close Friends Content Calendar, Special Membership Projects and more


Creative Marketing:


  • Asset creation 


  • Pitch and execute original concepts for A24 TikTok and share findings
  • Manage asset creation for newsletters
  • Oversee production of earned media assets and assist on creative for organic assets


  • Copywriting


  • Send original ideas for social copywriting and newsletter copywriting
  • Execute relevant copywriting that is aligned with A24 brand voice


  • Calendar creation and management


  • Own and maintain key calendars including brand marketing calendar, TikTok and paid media content calendar
  • Share information with relevant internal and external partners


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or another relevant creative field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere
  • Experience creating content for Instagram Stories and TikTok (personal or professional)
  • Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for evaluating good layout and design
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to work and problem-solving
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Passionate about A24 and culture at large
  • Humble, resourceful, and hard-working

Our target salary range for this role is between $75,000 and $95,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
