Who You Are:

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our global Product Marketing and Industry Solutions Team to drive product marketing efforts in strategic, fast-growing vertical markets.

Reporting to the SVP of Product Marketing and Industry Solutions, the Senior Product Marketing Manager ensures the product, and its solutions are positioned correctly in the market and that Sales and Marketing teams have all the necessary knowledge and materials to attract new customers. Our team is focused on understanding how the product will satisfy the target audience’s needs and overcome their pain points as well as positioning the product and solutions to an evolving market.

For this highly visible and influential position, an ideal candidate will have document management or workflow automation experience within Professional and Financial Services, Manufacturing or Energy sectors. Your main responsibility would be to drive product and solution positioning, messaging, launch and enablement activities in collaboration with our Industry SMEs, Product teams and other stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with Industry SMEs to understand our target market and ideal customer profile, their problems, our solutions, and the benefits they would experience from M-Files.
  • Work with the Product teams to understand upcoming product releases, establish launch strategies and manage launch activities in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Create product marketing content that supports demand generation, customer marketing and partner marketing activities.
  • Create product enablement content that supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Management to communicate our value propositions to different personas.
  • Contribute to analyst relations strategy, planning and activities for influencing key analysts, responding to key RFIs and learning about our market and competitiveness.

Your background and expertise:

  • 5+ years of Global, B2B Product Marketing Management experience
  • Experience from information management or workflow automation industry
  • Experience with any of the following industries - Professional and Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy / Utilities. (see our Industry solutions page here: https://www.m-files.com/solutions-by-industry/)
  • Experience with go-to-market/launch of global products
  • Ability to provide messaging & positioning to clearly articulate value and differentiation
  • US-based, preferably on the East Coast
